Our company specialises in the consulting and placement of skilled and managerial personnel with higher education in the technical fields of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and operational technology. Our clients are located in the MEM industry throughout the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

Due to high demand for our services, we are looking for you.

What to expect

• You act as the bridge between our applicants and business partners and maintain regular contact.
• As a communication talent, you are a welcome interlocutor with applicants and clients (interviews by phone, video, or client visits).
• For your clients, you search for specific personnel in the engineering and technical fields using our search tools.
• As a doer, you set your own priorities and find the people our clients need.

What you bring

• Commercial or technical education with business management knowledge.
• Approximately 24 – 35 years young.
• Sales experience in the areas of recruitment consulting, insurance, car sales, etc.
• Independent and responsible working with high self-motivation.
• Very good written and spoken expression in German.
