Your area of responsibility

With us, you are not just another person in property management. You take responsibility, help shape things and are an important contact for our clients.

• Independent management of a diverse property portfolio
• Support for owners, tenants and other stakeholders
• Organisation and coordination of maintenance and repair work
• Conducting apartment inspections and handovers
• Preparation of rental contracts and processing of rent adjustments
• Support for re-lettings and administrative processes
• Close collaboration with our property accounting and the entire team

What you bring with you

You are an upbeat, committed individual who enjoys working independently, thinks ahead and keeps an overview even in hectic situations.

Ideally, you have:

• Experience in property management
• A commercial education and preferably real estate-specific further training
• A structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and a strong service mentality
• Good digital user skills – experience with ImmoTop 2.0 is a plus
• A healthy sense of humour and enjoyment of teamwork
