The EMS Les Clos d’Aubonne opened its doors in October 2024 and has 56 beds, covering two missions: geriatrics and psychiatry of advanced age. The institution also benefits from 12 temporary care places, including the CAT memory. Overlooking the vineyards and the lake, the EMS of Aubonne welcomes you in a warm and dynamic setting. Located close to the town centre, it provides easy access to nearby shops and cafés. Around 70 collaborators work there.

To strengthen the Geriatrics service of the EMS of Aubonne, we are looking for a:

Healthcare Assistant (M/F) at 80%

Permanent contract, starting 01/11/2026 or as agreed

YOU HAVE

• A recognised Healthcare Assistant, ASA or Nursing Assistant diploma by CRS.
• The Gineste-Marescotti (GM) certificate, an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, especially with elderly people.
• Gentleness and a particular sensitivity for supporting the elderly person.
• Availability to work continuous hours (7:30 am–4:20 pm), split shifts (7:30 am–12 pm and 4:30 pm–8:20 pm) and 10-hour shifts (8:30 am–7:20 pm).
• Availability to work two weekends per month.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Support residents in daily life activities.
• Provide hygiene and comfort care to elderly people.
• Participate in adapting and maintaining the resident’s environment with their collaboration.
• Participate in an interdisciplinary care approach for residents.
