Certified Nursing Specialist HF (40% - 50% workload)

Your tasks

• Independent, competent and resource-oriented care and advice for our clients
• Co-responsibility for the implementation of the nursing diagnostic process
• Co-responsibility in ensuring the required quality of care
• Collaboration with relatives and other professionals
• Close cooperation within the interprofessional team

What you bring

• Certified nursing specialist HF, DN II, AKP or SRK-recognised tertiary level qualification
• Experience in Spitex is an advantage
• High professional and social skills
• Flexibility, resilience and ability to work in a team
• Independent and responsible working style
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Driving licence category B
