As a Senior Product Manager for Managed Services, you will drive the strategic development and delivery of innovative service solutions for our B2B customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape the product vision, define roadmaps, and ensure seamless execution. This is a key role with high visibility and impact across the organization
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for managed services offerings, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life, including market analysis, business case development, pricing strategies, and post-launch performance evaluation
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape, utilizing insights to inform product development and positioning
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding managed services, providing regular updates on product performance, enhancements, and strategic initiatives
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success, customer satisfaction, and financial performance, implementing improvements as necessary
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all managed services comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, maintaining high-quality service delivery and customer trust
YOUR SKILLS:
- Educational background: Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical, MBA, Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Technology, Science, Education

- Professional experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry and business experience
- Proofed passion about technology and a strong drive to advance the state of IT through virtualization
- Demonstrated product management experience for enterprise security products/solutions including building business cases, identifying market opportunities, and growing product revenues
- Language: Fluency in German is a must. Solid English and French skills is of big advantage
