Your Role

• Ensuring timely and service-oriented handling of player enquiries
• Monitoring the gaming platform and organising technical support when needed
• Ensuring the correct implementation of the social concept and legal requirements in the area of anti-money laundering prevention
• Conducting clarifications within the scope of early detection as well as further investigations and maintaining the corresponding documentation
• Processing requests for lifting gaming bans and carrying out the relevant checks
• Ensuring identification and clarification obligations according to AML guidelines
• Handling fraud alerts in daily business and implementing necessary measures
• Contributing to the further development of processes and systems in the area of anti-money laundering and social concept
• Various administrative tasks, such as reporting, complaint management, etc.
• Opportunity to participate in the development and expansion of the CRM

Our Rules

• Completed vocational or equivalent training
• Experience in customer service
• Professional experience in the social sector and/or in process and quality management and/or experience in applying anti-money laundering laws is an advantage
• Interest in digital solutions
• Socially competent personalities with excellent manners and impeccable reputation
• Very good German and English skills; knowledge of Italian, French, and other languages is an advantage
