Your tasks

• Responsibility for the independent handling of national and international export orders
• Organisation and coordination of transports with freight forwarders, customers, and internal interfaces
• Creation, review, and management of all export documents
• Ensuring compliance with customs, foreign trade, and export regulations
• Classification of goods as well as conducting dual-use checks
• Close cooperation with sales, logistics, service, and external partners

Your profile

• Commercial training, ideally in export, foreign trade, or freight forwarding
• Further training as an export clerk or foreign trade merchant as well as experience in export processing
• Good knowledge of customs and foreign trade law
• Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office
• Very good German and good English skills
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style as well as enjoyment of teamwork
