Assembly Manager New Assembly & Retrofit in the Field of Intralogistics International (a) Your Tasks

"As Assembly Manager, you are the foreman on site" 

• You take over the organisation and technical guidance of the assembly personnel
• As a motivating foreman, you actively pitch in and ensure that quality standards are met
• In the role of site manager, you ensure smooth communication between customers, project management and engineering. You always keep an eye on compliance with HSE guidelines
• Execution and supervision of dismantling, assembly and conversion work, replacement and modernisation of mechanical, electrical and safety-related components
• As an all-rounder, you also contribute during the commissioning phase, support the smooth process and efficiently work through your checklists
• The travel activity for this position is 70%, with regular, paid home trips guaranteed. In addition, there are special expense allowances for our employees with a high willingness to travel

Your Profile

• Completed training as a mechanic or comparable mechanical basic knowledge, ideally also in control and drive technology
• Experience in assembly and in leading assembly teams is an advantage
• A high sense of responsibility regarding occupational safety and environmental protection guidelines
• Your personal strengths: leadership skills, social competence, initiative, willingness to perform, communication skills and team spirit
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
• Driving licence category B
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, as well as good English skills in spoken form
