Your Tasks

• • Mechanical basic and final assembly of conventional and CNC-controlled cylindrical grinding machines
  • Installation of hydraulic and pneumatic units according to diagrams and assembly instructions on the machines
  • Preparatory assembly of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic assemblies
  • Establishing and checking machine tightness
  • Assembly of motors, bearings and ball screws
  • Assembly of covers, safety glass, doors and units
  • Active participation in optimisation processes
  • Assistance in creating and adapting assembly instructions

Your Qualifications

• • Basic training as a polymechanic EFZ or production mechanic EFZ
  • Several years of experience in assembly of assemblies and final machine assembly
  • Precise, reliable and independent working style
  • High flexibility and team spirit
  • Resilient personality with high self-motivation
  • PC user skills
