Junior Key Account Manager / Sales Manager Retail

In this position, you are the contact person for operational matters of our customers and internal interfaces within the Charcuterie product group. You support our KAM in day-to-day business and thus make an important contribution to the success of our customers and internal partners.

Your tasks

• Creating price requests, price calculations and offers
• Optimising processes and increasing efficiency in the Charcuterie Retail sector
• Leading projects for new products and planning seasonal activities
• Creating individual evaluations and reports, as well as preparing meeting documents, presentations and sales dossiers for the responsible KAM
• Monitoring and maintaining the action plan (budget reconciliation, delivery quantities, pre-orders, etc.)
• Administrative tasks such as processing returns, credit notes, complaints, test orders, etc.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction, as well as the flow of information to superiors and interfaces

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training; experience in the food industry is an advantage
• Initial professional experience in sales, key account management or category management
• Experience in participating in or leading projects
• Very good German skills; knowledge of French is an advantage
• Good user skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Interest in the meat processing industry
• Proactive, independent and communicative personality
