Your Tasks
- Active participation in the operational day-to-day business of supply logistics according to deployment and duty planning
- Deputising for the Head of Supply Logistics Lenggstrasse during absences and ensuring the operational day-to-day business
- Professional coordination and support of employees in the ongoing daily business
- First point of contact for simple operational and organisational queries
- Assumption of administrative tasks and defined areas of responsibility, especially parking management and support in vehicle management
- Support of the management in organisational and administrative tasks and in projects and process optimisations
Your Profile
- Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ
- Further training in logistics is an advantage or willingness for professional development
- Experience in professional coordination of employees is an advantage
- Good user knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office programmes
- Driving licence category B and forklift licence
- Physical resilience
