Construction Manager New Build Gisikon

For our Central Switzerland region, the "New Build Construction Manager" unit within the Buildings Division, we are looking for you as our new Construction Manager (m/f/d).

From our office in Gisikon , you will take responsibility for exciting and demanding new build projects in Central Switzerland. Together with an experienced team, you will shape projects from planning to successful handover and contribute significantly to their economic success.

Tasks: Construction Manager New Build Gisikon

• Independent management of several parallel construction sites
• Resource planning and deployment
• Personnel and technical leadership of the construction teams including implementation of occupational safety measures and quality assurance
• Work preparation, construction schedule planning
• Measuring, profitable billing of construction sites including warranty inspections
• Contact person for clients, business partners and employees
• Independent preparation and enforcement of supplementary offers
• Implementation of project controlling

Requirements: Construction Manager New Build Gisikon

• Completed training in the main construction trade with further education as a certified Construction Manager SBA, Technician HF or equivalent
• Several years of professional experience as a Construction Manager in the realisation of building construction projects, preferably new builds
• Sound knowledge in construction site organisation, construction schedule planning as well as cost and schedule management
• Independent, entrepreneurial and solution-oriented working style with high team and customer orientation
