About the job
Once you have completed your basic 3-year training, this one-year internship will allow you to broaden and deepen your theoretical knowledge, as well as obtain your Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC). Our trainers will be there to support you, and you will have the opportunity to carry out various tasks independently and gradually take on responsibilities. We are among the leading insurance companies in Switzerland with more than 2,700 employees, and we train over 100 apprentices and interns.

Your mission
- You receive and handle administrative tasks at the counter and on the phone
- You inform clients and coordinate appointments
- You prepare offers and compare them with those of competitors
- You enter, check and execute data as well as various changes
- You coordinate with other departments and perform general administrative tasks
- You participate in projects related to vocational training
What you bring
- You have obtained a professional baccalaureate issued by a business or management school (3+1 system)
- You have good grades in languages and mathematics
- You work precisely and think in an interconnected way
- You are motivated, with a strong desire to learn and excel
- You demonstrate communication and organisational skills
