🎯 YOUR PROFILE

Completed vocational training with further education in the field of Food and Beverage
At least 2 years of professional experience in the same or a comparable position in 4* or 5* hotels
Fluent German skills, good English skills are a requirement, any additional language such as Italian is an advantage
Strong service mindset, high quality awareness and attention to detail
Friendly and well-groomed appearance, politeness towards guests
Willingness to go the extra mile

📄 YOUR TASKS

Welcoming and seating guests
Ensuring guest-oriented service
Managing your own service station, taking orders, preparing guest bills
Creating a safe, clean and friendly environment for all guests
Compliance with "The Leading Hotels of the World", Forbes, and ISO guidelines (ISO DIN 9001)
Willingness to assist in other F&B areas if needed (Grand Restaurant, Da Vittorio - St. Moritz, Fondue Gondolas, Carlton Bar / Bel Etage and Terrace, as well as Room Service)
