Case Manager / Consultant for Vocational Reintegration

To strengthen our experienced, interdisciplinary team at the Zurich location, we are looking for reinforcement immediately or by arrangement.

Workload: 80-100% | Workplace: Zurich | Work region: Zurich and Aargau

Your tasks

• Comprehensive case management and individual support of clients throughout the entire process, from assessment to sustainable vocational reintegration
• Development, implementation, and review of individual goals and action plans in close collaboration with clients
• Coordination and active cooperation with employers, doctors, social insurance, authorities, and other involved specialist offices
• Advising employers and other clients on questions regarding work ability, prevention, reintegration, and sustainable job retention
• Professional documentation of case progress as well as target group-appropriate reporting to clients and cost bearers
• Active participation in the further development of our services, methods, and internal processes

Your profile

You bring the following professional and personal qualifications

• Completed training in social, psychological, health, or advisory fields, for example social work, psychology, career counselling, or a comparable qualification
• Further training in case management and/or systemic coaching/ corporate mentoring
• Several years of experience in case management, counselling, or vocational reintegration
• Good knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system, especially disability insurance, daily sickness benefits, and accident insurance
• Excellent communication and coordination skills as well as confidence in an interdisciplinary environment
• Structured, independent, and reflective working style with a strong sense of responsibility
• High level of empathy, resilience, assertiveness, and solution orientation
• Fluent German, good English skills, and willingness to travel within the work region

We would also be pleased about:

• Experience in advising employers as well as in corporate health management or prevention
• Additional language skills and a good network in the work region
• Training as a career, study, and vocational counsellor, a comparable qualification, or many years of experience in career and vocational counselling
