Your Tasks
As a student, you care for and accompany our patients. Under professional, competent guidance and support, you will acquire the necessary skills for the intensive care sector during your training period in accordance with the requirements of the framework curriculum for intensive care nursing. In addition to your professional competence, you bring ideas and creativity and are willing to embrace new things. Learning in our area is very important to us and is therefore supported by the entire team as well as the existing modern infrastructure. You work in teams of about 40 employees. Specialist staff, trainers and the medical service support you in your work and learning. Together with the educational provider, the Aargau Vocational School for Anaesthesia, Intensive Care and Emergency Nursing (see afsain), which organises the theoretical education, we support and promote our students in everyday life.
Your Profile
You are a committed, open-minded individual, hold a diploma in health and nursing HF/FH or an equivalent qualification and have at least 6 months of full-time professional experience in the acute sector. If you lack professional experience, we enable you to acquire it in one of our intensive care units. You have an appropriate understanding of patients in intensive care units, enjoy your profession, interdisciplinary collaboration and want to further develop your nursing competence. Dealing with rapidly changing, complex situations is a welcome challenge for you.
