What you can achieve with us
Together with a motivated team, you implement Curriculum 21 and design a varied, needs-oriented teaching. You develop individual education and support plans for the pupils and prepare the lessons and materials for the class team. You take on nursing and medical tasks and ensure the leadership and care of the educational team in the absence of the class teacher. In addition, you assist with managing the child dossiers as well as school reports and reports for the authorities. You actively participate in meetings and engage in working groups. Furthermore, you support the organisation of school events such as country school week or project weeks and actively accompany these.
What you bring with you
You have school experience in supporting children and young people with multiple disabilities and ideally also with children on the autism spectrum. In addition, you hold an EDK-recognised Master’s degree in School Special Education or are currently studying for it. Alternatively, you have a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education and Social Pedagogy or a Bachelor of Arts in Primary Education. You adapt your communication individually to the abilities of the pupils. With your constructive manner and positive attitude, you contribute significantly to a good team climate.
What you can look forward to
In your role, you take on a lot of responsibility and receive the corresponding scope for design.
Our culture is characterised by appreciation and openness. You work in a motivated and well-coordinated team.
Our employment conditions, based on cantonal framework conditions, are also attractive. Learn more about this in our flyer. PDF
