Automation Technician for Control Panel Construction and Project Management
Tasks
- Responsibility for the final inspection of switchgear
- Project management from planning to realisation
- This includes assembly, wiring and testing of controls and systems
- Coordination of control panel construction and installation with the hardware project manager
- Acceptance with customers
- Installation of electronic components on switchgear
- Modifications and changes to controls
- Reporting work, creating protocols, checklists and documentation
- Support in training our apprentices and creating documentation
Requirements
- Training as an automation technician or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in wiring systems according to schematics
- Experience in testing systems, switchgear construction and control panel construction is an advantage
- Knowledge in handling common measuring instruments
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Good comprehension, interconnected and analytical thinking, as well as understanding of technical contexts
- Motivated, independent, customer- and team-oriented approach
- German spoken and written, English is an advantage
