property manager for commercial properties, 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

tasks

• you will take over the independent management of a demanding portfolio of commercial properties, which occasionally also include apartments
• in doing so, you competently support the tenants and coordinate all rental activities
• you also plan and supervise maintenance, renovation and refurbishment work
• you also represent the owners' interests vis-à-vis tenants, craftsmen, authorities and external service providers
• the workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

requirements

• you have a commercial basic education and several years of experience in the management of commercial properties
• further training as a property manager with a federal professional certificate is an advantage but not a requirement
• you communicate confidently in German; additional language skills in French and/or Italian are welcome but not mandatory
• do you enjoy working independently, solution-oriented and in a structured manner?
