Head of Project Management
The Cash division ensures the cash supply in Switzerland. The specialist support organisational unit supports the operational business of the Cash division in the form of a matrix organisation. The main tasks include, in addition to technical and procedural support, project management.
- Responsibility for the project management unit with a total of five employees (project managers, PMO and project controlling staff);
- Professional and methodological leadership; participation in (sub-)projects in the area of infrastructure construction and automation;
- Participation in conceptual and strategic decision-making bases within cash-specific projects;
- Responsible for the further development of project management methodology and tools;
- Participation in the project portfolio planning of the division;
- Responsible for resource management within the management unit.
- Completed basic training in a technical profession;
- Degree (Bachelor of FH or University) in engineering or natural sciences or similar; further training in project management;
- Proven project management experience in demanding construction and/or automation projects;
- High social and leadership skills; structured, analytical working style and a strong sense of responsibility as well as self-organised working;
- Target group- or level-appropriate communication in German or French with a good understanding of the other national language as well as business fluent English skills.
