Mandate Manager Fiduciary (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- You take responsibility for the management and leadership of demanding fiduciary mandates.
- You advise clients on accounting, taxes, financial and payroll accounting as well as business management matters.
- You prepare annual financial statements, tax returns and interim financial statements and support your clients in business planning.
- You are the contact person for auditors, tax authorities and other external partners.
- You lead a small team of employees and ensure their development and support in daily business.
- You further develop existing client relationships and actively support the acquisition of new mandates.
Qualifications:
- You have successfully completed the professional certificate in fiduciary services or in finance and accounting.
- You bring several years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector, ideally in a comparable position.
- You have sound knowledge of Swiss tax law, finance and accounting as well as business consulting.
- You work independently, precisely and have a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- You are communicative, service-oriented and enjoy working with clients and a dynamic team.
- You have experience in leading employees and are ready to take on responsibility.
