Your Tasks
You are familiar with the lively everyday life of a retail pharmacy, but at the same time want to discover something new? Moreover, you enjoy supporting nursing staff in medication management?
Then you are exactly right with us. We offer you a varied role in institutional support – combined with the charm of the local community pharmacy.
Due to planned personnel absences in the coming months, we are seeking fixed-term support. Your focus will be on supporting our care institutions: you will process orders, assist nursing professionals by phone, and coordinate Medifilm orders. You will be in regular contact with the individual institutions, competently clarify queries, and suggest suitable alternatives if necessary.
In addition, you will advise our customers in the community pharmacy in a friendly and professional manner, handle prescriptions responsibly, and actively contribute to the daily pharmacy routine. You will also work in the back office in a structured and reliable way and participate in the further development and optimisation of our processes.
The position is fixed-term until the end of 2026, with the option of extension.

- Qualification as Pharmaceutical Assistant EFZ or Pharmacy Specialist EFZ
- Proven professional experience
- Strong service mentality and high customer orientation
