• Leadership with heart: You manage the areas of housekeeping, cleaning, laundry as well as the cafeteria and ensure team spirit through targeted personnel planning and training.

• Organisational talent: Planning and executing internal events and concerts is part of your daily routine, as is efficient ordering and inventory management.

You are a seasoned personality who combines administrative excellence with practical hands-on work.

• Foundation: You have a basic qualification as a specialist in housekeeping EFZ, complemented by advanced training at FA level (housekeeping/hospitality) and bring several years of leadership experience, especially in housekeeping.
• Know-how: You are proficient in administration, confident in using MS Office, and bring solid practical experience in quality management (ISO certification).
• Personality: Your German is fluent (spoken/written). As a born service provider with a strong "hands-on" mentality, you are not afraid to step in where help is needed.
• Charisma: Reliability, tact, and a healthy dose of humour characterise you. Your appearance is polished, confident, and engaging.
