Head Strategic Partnerships & Advisory 100%- You develop a team of eight Business Consultants into the best sparring partners for our clients.
- You win complex tenders not through standard solutions, but through customer-oriented concepts with innovative ideas.
- You recognise business potentials before they become obvious and turn them into concrete successes.
- You build relationships with investors, asset managers and decision-makers and develop them in the long term.
- You lead the strategic sales processes from the first conversation to contract conclusion.
- You bring Commercial, Operations and Business Development to the table and ensure that good ideas become strong solutions.
- You actively shape ISS's commercial strategy and question the status quo when there are better ways.
- FM is your religion DNA? - You have profound FM know-how and bring many years of FM experience.
- Sell it - You are a sales professional in the FM sector and inspire customers with your dynamic presence.
- Inspire your team - You have several years of leadership experience and can lead and inspire teams.
- You are an expert - You know the Swiss market as well as the real estate and asset management landscape very well.
- Be an entrepreneur - You convince through entrepreneurial thinking, negotiation skills and a strong sense for market opportunities.
- Any language works - You speak fluent German and have good English skills. French and Italian are an advantage.
