As a Clerk Administration Bodywork & Paint Shop, you are the central administrative hub for our repair and damage orders. You prepare damage calculations, coordinate orders and appointments, and ensure professional handling with customers, insurance companies, and internal departments. Clerk Administration Bodywork & Paint Shop 80-100% (m/f/d)

• You prepare damage calculations and post-calculations using industry-standard calculation programmes and ensure a complete and comprehensible recording of the necessary repair work
• You receive internal and external orders, record them completely, and schedule them taking into account available capacities and agreed deadlines
• You take over the administrative damage processing with insurance companies, obtain repair approvals, and conduct the necessary correspondence
• You coordinate inspection and repair appointments with our customers and ensure reliable and professional communication
• You code creditor invoices, ensure their correct posting, and prepare debtor invoices including timely dispatch
• You check the used spare parts for completed orders and ensure their complete and correct allocation and billing
• You ensure complete and comprehensible documentation of all order, damage, insurance, and billing processes

• You have completed commercial training or a technical basic education with commercial further training and necessarily have professional experience in the automotive or bodywork industry
• You have experience in the calculation and post-calculation of vehicle damage and are confident in using calculation programmes – knowledge of "SilverDAT" is an advantage
• You are proficient in using industry-standard systems for workshop planning, order processing, and invoicing
• You possess good commercial and accounting understanding and know the processes in creditor and debtor areas
• You have fluent German language skills in spoken and written form, are customer- and service-oriented, and present yourself in a friendly, reliable, and solution-oriented manner
• You hold a valid category B driving licence and feel confident handling various vehicles
• You are willing to support or represent our customer service advisors if needed – if you enjoy direct customer contact, you will find the right space with us
