HR Consultant 80-100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Consulting and supporting managers in all personnel-related questions within the defined area of responsibility
Accompanying the entire employee lifecycle – from recruitment to separation
Maintaining and continuously updating personnel regulations according to legal and internal requirements
Participation in HR projects

What distinguishes you:

Completed basic training as well as further education in HR (e.g., Federal HR Specialist Certificate or equivalent)
Several years of professional experience in a comparable function, ideally in healthcare
Strong service and customer orientation as well as high consulting competence
Quick comprehension with a networked way of thinking as well as dynamic, flexible, and independent working style
Fluent German in spoken and written form (C2) and preferably good knowledge of another national language
Willingness for occasional travel within Switzerland
