In our foundation, we offer 51 adults with developmental and
multiple disabilities a home and a daily structure – right in the heart of social
life. For our decentralised studio (FrischLuft) in the forest, we are looking for a:

Work Agogist / Social Pedagogue / Care Specialist
at 80% for decentralised work (FrischLuft) in the forest
by arrangement

Your tasks – naturally meaningful:
You accompany people with developmental and multiple disabilities and offer them
meaningful work, participation, and creative opportunities. The concept of Functional
Health provides the professional basis for your work. You take on the
coordination role and work with external specialists, authorities, relatives, and
legal guardians. A team of around 18 people is looking forward to you!

What you bring – happy outdoors, happy with people:

• completed training in the social-pedagogical, work-agogic or craft-pedagogical field (e.g. social pedagogy, FABE, HEP, nature pedagogy or work agogics)
• You feel just as comfortable in the forest as in a team meeting
• You enjoy working outdoors in all weather – in summer and winter (a construction trailer with
  a stove is available)
• You enjoy working in a small team and also appreciate collaboration in the
  larger area team
• appreciative attitude, humorous and stable presence
• supportive, clear communication
• a team-oriented and independent working style
