Tasks & Responsibilities
- Handling administrative tasks for the site manager
- Supporting the management team
- Scheduling appointments
- Preparing presentation materials
- Planning and organising events at the site
- Guest reception
- Taking minutes
- Processing sponsorship requests

- Training as a commercial clerk with assistant experience
