Infrastructure Caretaker: 60% - 100%* You look after our properties and ensure the smooth operation of technical and infrastructural systems.
* You carry out inspection rounds, minor repairs, and maintenance work, and coordinate external tradespeople.
* You assist with specialised cleaning as well as the care of indoor and outdoor areas.
* You are the on-site contact person for customers, suppliers, and users of the properties.
