As a young and dynamic company in Basel, we are looking for a committed Senior Recruitment Consultant (m/f/d) specialising in the placement of professionals in the fields of technology, industry and logistics.

This is what you will achieve:

• Initial experience in recruiting, HR, sales, customer service or a comparable, service-oriented function is an advantage
• Alternatively, a strong interest in entering the personnel consulting and recruiting sector
• Enjoyment in dealing with people as well as building long-term customer and candidate relationships
• Strong communication, consulting and negotiation skills
• High service and quality orientation
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as initiative and assertiveness
• Ability to coordinate several processes simultaneously and keep an overview
• Confident handling of digital tools and willingness to learn new systems
• Communicative, engaging personality with a professional appearance
• Good IT skills
• Fluent German in spoken and written form, English is an advantage, French is a great plus

• Active search, recruitment and selection of qualified professionals
• Placement of temporary and permanent positions
• Building, maintaining and further developing your own customer and candidate network
• Acquisition of new customers as well as care and expansion of existing customer relationships
• Conducting interviews, application and qualification discussions
• Consulting and supporting customers and candidates throughout the entire recruitment process
• Developing suitable personnel and recruitment solutions
• Independent planning and execution of customer visits
• Supporting candidates from first contact to successful job placement
• High level of personal responsibility embedded in an experienced and dynamic team
