On behalf of a family-run general construction company based in the Seeland region, we are seeking an experienced individual as
Accountant (60-80%)
Main tasks
Check, code and post rent payments as well as maintenance and repair expenses Reconcile accounts, prepare operational, social insurance and VAT returns, and post construction and administration invoices Assist with year-end closing and tax returns as well as condominium owners' meetings
Profile
Commercial basic training with appropriate further education; experience in the real estate sector is an advantage Independent, reliable and responsible working style Confident handling of common IT applications
