Home Art & Sales Services AG is part of the internationally active Zepter Group with sales and production companies in the fields of household goods, medical technology, and cosmetics.

To complement our Finance & Accounting team, we are looking for a committed individual with commercial training and initial practical experience in accounting who wishes to deepen their knowledge and develop professionally.

You do not need to know everything yet. What is important to us is that you are willing to learn, think attentively, and are ready to take on more responsibility step by step.

Your tasks

Support in processing and checking creditor invoicesAssistance with debtor accounting and dunningRecording and posting of bank and payment transactionsChecking, assigning, and digitally processing accounting documents in our document management systemSupport with account and balance reconciliationsAssistance with credit card and cash managementGeneral administrative support of the Finance & Accounting teamParticipation in evaluations as well as monthly and annual closing tasks – according to your level of trainingTaking on further tasks as part of your professional development

Your profile

Completed commercial vocational training, preferably commercial clerk EFZInterest in accounting, numbers, and administrative processesPractical experience in accounting is requiredGood knowledge of common MS Office applications, especially ExcelGood German skills and willingness to use English in everyday workCareful, reliable, and structured way of workingEnjoy supporting internal and external contacts in a friendly and solution-oriented manner
