FaBe or Work Educator 60-100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Accompanying and guiding clients in the activation area
- Performing nursing duties
- Guiding creative activities
- Preparing meals
- Household and cleaning tasks
- Assisting in therapy bath, forest studio and music therapy
- Taking on responsibility for departments and key worker duties
- Co-responsibility for the training of our FaBe apprentices
Your profile
- Completed training as FaGe or FaBe EFZ or similar training in social or healthcare
- Ideally completed vocational trainer course or interest in completing it
- Experience in nursing and supporting people with high support needs and multiple disabilities
- Independent working, high reliability
- High empathy and social skills, high resilience
- Team player
