Cleaning Staff as Team Coordinator (m/f/d) on an Hourly Wage

The HKV Aarau, with approximately 1700 apprentices and around 3000 participants in further education, is an important educational partner in the commercial and business management professional field.
We are looking for you to join the cleaning team immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Cleaning of classrooms, WC facilities and corridors five times a week (Monday to Thursday from about 6:00 pm and Saturday from about 12:00 pm); further assignments outside school hours by arrangement.
• Assistance with deep cleaning during the spring and autumn holidays (during the day)
• Coordination of the cleaning team (work assignments, substitutions, etc.)
• Contact person and link between the cleaning team and the building services management
• Planning of substitutions during absences in the team
• Organisation of holiday assignments
• Planning of window cleaning in advance of deep cleaning
• Ensuring cleaning quality
• Participation in the procurement of cleaning materials and equipment

Your profile

• Experience in cleaning
• Good spoken German skills
• Independent, precise and efficient working style
• Flexibility in working hours
