Founded in 1997, AxelCare AG is headquartered in Bevaix (Neuchâtel) and operates in Switzerland. AxelCare is recognised by health insurance companies and contributes through the high-quality care of its multidisciplinary team and close collaboration with various actors in the field of home healthcare to enabling patients to remain at home. AxelCare offers its services in the areas of ventilation and artificial nutrition for patients at home and in institutions.
For the Bern, Solothurn, Aargau, Lucerne, Basel region, we are looking for:
A Nutritionist SVDE 80% - 100%
Immediate start or by arrangement, permanent employment
Your tasks:
- Autonomous nutritional therapeutic care of malnourished patients at home
- Close collaboration with hospitals, Spitex and attending physicians
- Care of nursing homes in the nutritional therapy of malnourished patients
- Further development of AxelCare AG's services in the region
- Training of patients and their environment in dealing with clinical nutrition
Your profile:
- BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent qualification
- Interest in clinical nutrition and outpatient counselling
- Resident in one of the above-mentioned cantons (or near these canton borders)
- Independent and interdisciplinary working style
- Flexible, dynamic and willing to invest
- Driving licence
- Good knowledge of common computer programmes
- French language skills are an advantage
