Team Leader Service Technician Heat Pumps Eastern Region
We are looking for immediate or agreed support for our team:
Your area of responsibility
- You lead and develop a small team of service technicians - both technically and administratively
- You ensure that commissioning, repairs and fault rectifications on heat pumps are carried out professionally
- In complex cases, you roll up your sleeves yourself and find a solution
- You commission heat pumps, rectify faults and carry out maintenance work
- Our customers appreciate your prompt and competent advice
- You are part of our on-call organisation
- You report your working hours from your place of residence
Your backpack
- Completed technical basic training in building services engineering or a related field
- Leadership experience and enjoyment in advancing a small team
- You bring practical experience in fault rectification, commissioning and repair of heat pumps
- You are friendly, solution-oriented and remain calm even in hectic moments
- Driving licence category B is mandatory
- Ideally, you live in the Eastern Switzerland region
