Your main tasks are
- You communicatively accompany topics and projects and take on the planning, implementation and evaluation of target group-oriented communication and marketing measures.
- You are responsible for selected communication tools and measures, including the viva! magazine, the annual report, events (e.g. the public lecture series and the Zebi) and brand management.
- You further develop the tools and measures you are responsible for.
- You create communication content both independently and in collaboration with external partners such as agencies, photographers and editors.
- You advise executives on communication and reputation issues.
You have
- You have a university degree or a comparable qualification in corporate communication, marketing, journalism or a similar field.
- You bring experience in corporate communication and understand how to prepare complex content in an understandable and target group-appropriate manner.
- You are familiar with the interplay of digital and analogue communication measures and have a good understanding of the use of text, image, graphics and video.
- You work independently and with strong implementation skills – with the necessary sensitivity.
- You are interested in topics related to health, ageing and social developments.

The Viva Luzern head office is located on the left bank of the Reuss in the lively Bruch district. From here it is only a few steps to the popular old town of Lucerne. The central location allows for lively exchange with the five senior centres. The head office also includes the medical service and physiotherapy departments located in the facilities.
