• Independent project management as well as active steering and controlling of schedules, costs and building qualities of representative construction projects
• Professional leadership and development of project managers in the project as well as support and management of internal and external project participants
• Taking on diverse tasks in the areas of project management and controlling of complex new build and refurbishment projects

• Completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, real estate economics or a comparable qualification
• 2-3 years of professional experience in project management of construction projects
• Competence in developing innovative solutions for technical and economic tasks as well as a convincing appearance
• Communicative personality with an interest in optimising processes and driving innovations
• Fluent German, good English and/or other language skills are an advantage
