Qualified Nursing Professionals
(40–100 % immediately or by arrangement)

Your tasks:
Case management and care of complex health and nursing situations within the expert team
Focus areas: Palliative care, pain and wound management, behavioural interventions, counselling, admission process, clinical assessment, emergency and crisis management.

Your profile:
- Qualification as a registered nurse
- High sense of responsibility and strong service orientation
- Ability to implement new nursing knowledge related to care
- You love nursing and know it is more than routine
- Enjoyment of learning together
- Professional experience in long-term care (advantageous)
- Training as RAI-NH MDS coordinator or supervisor (advantageous)
- Willingness to work late and weekend shifts
