For our modern Swedish Candy Market, we are looking for a committed, friendly and sales-strong Store Manager who supports our team with enthusiasm and customer focus.

As Store Manager, you are the heart of our shop. You lead your team with passion, ensure a welcoming atmosphere and make sure every visit becomes a special experience.

Your tasks

You take over the operational management of our candy shop and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You inspire our customers through personal advice, warm service and active selling. You lead, motivate and develop your team and are responsible for scheduling. You ensure optimal stock management – from ordering and goods receipt to warehouse organisation and inventory control. You ensure an attractive, creative and sales-promoting product presentation. You are responsible for cash management, daily closings and the correct handling of all payment transactions. You analyse sales figures, identify opportunities and implement measures to increase turnover. You accompany new employees during their induction and promote their development. You ensure order, cleanliness and compliance with our quality and hygiene standards.

Your profile

Several years of experience in retail with a leadership position. Enthusiasm for sales, customer contact and creating special shopping experiences. Strong service orientation and joy in surprising customers. Leadership personality with motivational talent and organisational strength. Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style. Entrepreneurial thinking and high initiative. Confident handling of cash register systems and common office applications. Very good German skills as well as good English skills.
