Your tasks

You accompany the energy transition at AEW legally and work closely with experts from various fields
Legal advice and support: You support corporate management and business units directly with various legal questions that arise
Contract law in practice: From energy supply contracts to complex cooperation agreements, you draft and review contracts for all AEW business areas
Corporate law and participation management: You prepare and review corporate law contracts and manage board secretariats

Your profile

Completed studies in law (lic. iur. or MLaw)
Initial professional experience in a company or authority
Experience in general contract law; knowledge of energy law, property law, IT law, labour law or debt enforcement law is a plus
Deep interest in energy, business and organisational issues with a willingness to learn new things and further your education
Very good written and spoken German required, good French and/or English skills welcome
