At Stanzerei & Dichtungen AG in Zürich-Otelfingen, we manufacture seals, films, and insulations according to customer requirements, with high quality and in a fully digitalised production. With a modern machine park, contemporary infrastructure, and short decision-making paths, we continuously develop our processes. For this, we are looking for a polymechanic who not only understands machines but also thinks along, takes initiative, and assumes responsibility.

What You Will Achieve

• You manufacture seals, films, and insulations according to customer drawings and inspect the finished parts according to high-quality standards.
• You independently set up our modern CNC production machines, programme them, and directly resolve minor malfunctions yourself.
• You plan the assigned orders independently and keep track of progress, supported by our digital tools.
• You instruct colleagues during series production and rework, collegially and on an equal footing.
• You actively contribute your ideas to optimise manufacturing processes and help shape our production.
• You ensure through maintenance and upkeep that our machine park remains in top condition.

What You Bring

• Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ or a comparable technical basic education with EFZ
• Professional experience with CNC-controlled machines
• Enjoyment of variety and digital workflows
• A quick grasp and an independent, reliable working style
• Team spirit and pleasure in sharing your knowledge
