ERP Application Specialist (m/f/d) 80-100%, Opfikon

You don’t just want to operate applications, but understand how systems and business processes interact and actively further develop them? To strengthen our Group IT team, we are looking for a committed and solution-oriented personality as an ERP Application Specialist. Your workplace is our headquarters in the Ambassador House in Opfikon. You also have the option to work partially from home.

In this versatile role, you will manage our ERP systems and the associated peripheral systems along the business processes of our property management. You analyse professional and technical issues, support our internal customers and accompany improvements and further developments from the requirement through testing to implementation. You work closely with specialist departments, internal IT teams and external partners.

Tasks: ERP Application Specialist (m/f/d) 80-100%, Opfikon

• In this role, together with your team, you ensure the stable operation of our ERP systems and the associated peripheral systems.
• You analyse professional, procedural and technical issues and handle them independently within the scope of our application support.
• For error analyses and data checks, you use test systems, database queries and other technical analysis tools, among others.
• You record requirements from the specialist departments, analyse them and accompany their implementation from solution finding through testing to introduction.
• You identify optimisation potentials in business processes and applications and actively contribute your own improvement proposals.
• In addition, you take over the configuration of central system parameters, manage permissions and ensure the quality of the relevant application data.
• You participate in releases, quality assurance measures, ERP further developments and cross-departmental projects.
• Furthermore, you support the specialist departments in onboarding new customers and ensure together with the involved teams that the required processes and master data are correctly mapped in our systems.

Requirements: ERP Application Specialist (m/f/d) 80-100%, Opfikon

• You have completed training in computer science, business informatics, real estate or a comparable qualification.
• You bring experience in dealing with ERP or business applications and enjoy linking professional processes and technical contexts.
• Knowledge in property management or real estate accounting is an advantage. Alternatively, you are willing to delve deeply into these processes.
• Experience with Wincasa Q and/or Garaio REM facilitates your entry into the role.
• Ideally, you have basic SQL knowledge and experience with ticket systems, test environments or data analyses.
• You work in a structured, analytical and solution-oriented manner, take responsibility and independently get to the bottom of issues.
• You enjoy working with different specialist departments and convince with a strong service and customer orientation.
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written. French skills are an advantage.
