Every year, many young people take the leap into professional life with us as cooks, kitchen staff EBA, health professionals (FaGe), health and social assistants (AGS), hospitality and housekeeping professionals EFZ and EBA, facility maintenance professionals EFZ, ICT specialists EFZ, as well as commercial employees.

The Dielsdorf Health Center is a modern geriatric competence center with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our services range from counseling for elderly people and their relatives to general and specialized long-term care, as well as home care and support. As the largest public Spitex in the Dielsdorf district, we provide outpatient services for our nine contract municipalities. With our comprehensive care offerings, we enable people to stay in their familiar homes as long as possible despite health limitations. In the future, it is planned to establish a night Spitex.

• Basic care, treatment care, and support in simple to stable complex situations of our clients

• Performing household tasks for clients

• Service recording and progress documentation

• Medication management

• Completion of compulsory schooling

• Good German skills (at least level B2)

• Careful and precise way of working

• Sense of responsibility and reliability

• Good organizational skills

• Team and communication skills, good manners, and sociability
