Your Tasks
- Coordinating and organisational central tasks for the nursing area of neurology
- Ensuring personnel deployment planning, absence management and holiday planning in consultation with the team leader
- Personnel management and development in the responsible nursing area
- Support in shaping interdisciplinary collaboration
- Working in an interprofessional team
- Quality assurance in the responsible nursing area through active management (guidance of new employees, accompanying internal audits, inspections and other processes)
- Implementation of regular and transparent information sharing with the department management and nursing directorate
Your Profile
- Completed training as a health and nursing professional
- Several years of professional experience in the field of neurology
- Ideally further training in neurology/stroke unit
- Desirable experience in team leadership, ideally completed further training in leadership/management
- High social and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- High resilience, loyalty, initiative and strong social competence
- Good communication skills
