Your area of responsibility
For our plant in Aadorf, we are looking for a strong leadership personality who will operationally manage, further develop and sustainably implement improvements at our production site.
- Leadership and further development of department and team leaders in production
- Operational responsibility for safety, quality, delivery performance, productivity and costs
- Ensuring stable processes and an efficient production flow
- Actively driving and sustainably implementing improvements
- Embedding lean, shopfloor management and continuous improvement in daily work
- Creating clear priorities, commitment and pace in implementation
- Promoting collaboration, personal responsibility and a positive performance culture
- Responsibility for maintenance/upkeep and availability of equipment

What you bring
- Technical basic training with further education in production, manufacturing or engineering, ideally at HF level
- Several years of leadership experience in an industrial production environment
- Experience in developing organisations, processes and employees
- Strong lean mindset as well as experience with shopfloor management and continuous improvement
- Confident handling of key figures, production planning, cost management as well as MS Office and ERP systems
- Very good German skills and good English skills
- Entrepreneurial, decisive personality with strong implementation skills
- Ability to actively drive change and reliably engage teams
