For our flexible relief pool, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for warm, reliable and committed Dipl. Nurses HF/FH with a specialisation or experience in psychiatry who would like to professionally accompany and support our clients in their familiar home environment as needed.

Whether regular assignments or occasional support – with us you can determine your availability yourself and flexibly adapt your work to your everyday life.

• You take on individual psychiatric nursing and care of our clients in their familiar home environment.
• You accompany people with mental illnesses and support them in managing their daily lives.
• You promote the independence, stability and quality of life of our clients.
• You recognise changes in mental health status early and initiate appropriate nursing measures.
• You support the development and implementation of individual care goals and coping strategies.
• You independently carry out psychiatric nursing interventions within your professional competencies.
• You document your nursing services carefully and work closely with relatives, treating professionals and our nursing team.
• You flexibly take on psychiatric nursing assignments as needed and support our team during staff shortages.

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
• Specialisation in psychiatry, corresponding further training or professional experience in psychiatric nursing
• Enjoyment in independently accompanying and caring for people with mental illnesses
• Empathy, patience and a respectful basic attitude
• Mental resilience, sense of responsibility and high social competence
• Independent, structured and professional way of working
• Flexibility and willingness to take on additional assignments as needed
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
