Accounting Clerk 80%

We are looking for you immediately until the end of March 2027 as

Accounting Clerk (80%)

• Main responsibility for invoicing and dunning
• Posting of accounts receivable and collaboration in accounts payable
• Main responsibility for the cash register
• Handling of payment transactions
• Clarifications of billing with health insurers
• Master data maintenance and service recording in the system (Lobos)
• Support with monthly and annual financial statements

• Commercial employee with a federal diploma and further training completed (e.g. accounting clerk)
• Several years of experience in a comparable role
• Positive, humorous personality with a hands-on mentality
• Understanding of the culture in the health or care sector
• Solid MS Office skills, knowledge of Lobos is an advantage
