The Knecht Group is a Swiss corporate group active in the fields of travel, passenger and freight transport, as well as healthcare services. It employs around 2,200 people.

• EUROBUS: Largest private bus company in Switzerland, active in public transport, as well as offering package and group tours

In this position, you work closely with the executives of the individual companies, analyze business processes, and support the planning and implementation of important projects. You report directly to the Chairman of the Board and assist with various projects that are important for the group and the individual companies. These include, for example, participation in the strategy process, support in developing new ideas, and accompanying projects during implementation. Furthermore, you contribute to the evaluation and execution of company acquisitions and support the Chairman of the Board with organizational and substantive tasks related to the management of the group.

We are looking for a young, ambitious, and eager-to-learn doer who is interested in taking on a leadership role within the group in the medium term.

• You have 2–5 years of experience in project implementation or in a relevant leadership role (e.g., management consulting, internal strategy, M&A, start-up)
• You hold a university degree (University/ETH/FH) in business, engineering, or natural sciences, MBA or equivalent – and can demonstrate achievements or special commitment
• You possess strong analytical skills, think structured, and find creative solutions
• You speak very good German and good English
