Your Main Tasks
In this position, you work closely with the executives of the individual companies, analyse business processes, and support the planning and implementation of important projects. You report directly to the Chairman of the Board and assist with various projects that are important for the group and the individual companies. These include, for example, contributing to the strategy process, supporting the development of new ideas, and accompanying projects during implementation. Furthermore, you participate in the evaluation and execution of company acquisitions and support the Chairman of the Board with organisational and substantive tasks related to the management of the group.
Your Profile
We are looking for a young, ambitious, and eager-to-learn doer who is interested in taking on a leadership role within the group in the medium term.
- You have 2–5 years of experience in project implementation or in a relevant leadership role (e.g. management consulting, internal strategy, M&A, start-up)
- You hold a university degree (University/ETH/FH) in business, engineering, or natural sciences, an MBA, or equivalent – and can demonstrate achievements or special commitment
- You possess strong analytical skills, think in a structured way, and find creative solutions
- You speak very good German and good English
