RAI Responsible 50%

Your Tasks

Coordination and ensuring the correct handling of the RAI-NH system
You check and maintain the IT version RAlsoft and verify the accuracy of the MDS codings
You monitor the correct process of the periodic MDS surveys according to the RAI-NH concept
You are responsible for the regular planning of internal training sessions
Correspondence with health insurance companies regarding care classifications, support during health insurance audits

What You Bring

Nursing professional at tertiary level or, after examination and personal suitability, at secondary level
Experience in geriatrics, long-term care in general
High resilience and very good organizational skills
Training as a RAI-NH expert BESAQsys and successful completion by passing the exam
Good German skills in spoken and written form
Team player
Flexibility and humor
